We at MELT were thrilled to partner with ETC Company for a special event, where we had the honor of serving our signature barbecue to 100 guests.
It was an amazing experience for us, and we were proud to bring our delicious smoked meats and southern-style hospitality to the occasion.

The event was a true celebration, and we were excited to showcase some of our most popular dishes, each carefully prepared to ensure an unforgettable flavor experience. We served up our brisket, perfectly smoked and tender, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience that left everyone craving more.
We also brought some heat to the table with our jerk chicken, marinated in rich, aromatic spices and grilled to perfection, giving a taste of the Caribbean right at the heart of the event. And for those craving something a little different, we treated guests to our pork quesadillas, a perfect fusion of smoky flavors and cheesy goodness, wrapped up in a crispy tortilla.
From the sizzling grill to the guests’ satisfied smiles, it was an event to remember. At MELT, we believe that great food brings people together, and this event was a perfect example of how barbecue can elevate any gathering.
